By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

You are not allowed to remove my signature/watermark under any circumstances.

Commissions take upwards on a month on average from when I start them. Please understand that yours may take longer if there are other commissions ahead of yours. If it's been over two weeks since we last talked, feel free to ask me for an update.

Under no circumstances can my art be used for A.I. related activity.

Any art commissioned from me is for personal use only unless we discuss otherwise.

Payment must be made upfront. Your commission will not be started until payment is received.

Payment will be made through PayPal or Ko-fi.

The complexity of your commission may impact the pricing, such as add-ons or complex backgrounds. We can discuss this when the commission is ordered.

If I have not started your commission or I have only worked on the sketch, you can request a refund. Anything beyond that and you will be ineligible for a refund.

The only exception is if I personally feel I cannot complete your commission. Then you will be given a refund in full.
